First Aid

First Aid

First aid is an essential skill that everyone should have and with the help of Headstart Skillz, young people can learn the basics of first aid and be prepared for any emergency.

First aid skills

Learning first aid skills can help young people save lives. Knowing how to perform CPR, use an AED and administer basic first aid can be the difference between life and death in an emergency situation.
In addition to saving lives, learning first aid skills can also help young people build confidence. Knowing how to help in an emergency can give young people the confidence to take charge and help others in need. This confidence can be invaluable in other areas of life, such as school, work, and social situations.

As part of our core curriculum, all attendees will complete a first aid course and receive a certification of completion.
