Mentoring
In our commitment to individualised support, we collaborate closely with schools to identify students who would benefit from a quieter, more personal approach.
We provide mentoring for individuals on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups, engaging with not just the student but also the school and their family.

Mentoring Matters
By establishing open lines of communication, our mentors gain valuable insights to construct a customised support programme.
This comprehensive approach ensures that the support provided is holistic and addresses the unique needs of the individual, creating an environment where they can not only cope but truly thrive.

Mental health and wellbeing
In our commitment to mental health and well-being, we extend our focus to both staff and children through training programs.
These initiatives are designed not only to equip children with formal qualifications but also to provide them with invaluable skills for navigating their daily lives and supporting loved ones should the need arise in the future sessions.
Skills and
qualifications
Our training for children offers recognised qualifications that contribute to their personal and academic growth.
More importantly, the skills they learn are practical and can be used straight away when managing their emotional wellbeing and relationships.

Mental health
awareness
We believe that building mental health awareness from a young age is crucial. By integrating formal qualifications into our sessions, we not only empower children with knowledge but also provide them with tools to navigate the complexities of life, instilling a sense of resilience and empathy.
In doing so, we contribute to creating a supportive community where mental health is prioritised, and individuals are equipped to thrive emotionally and socially.

Our Impact on Young People
AB’s Story (14 years old)
– Parent Feedback
We’ve noticed significant changes in AB over the last few weeks, and we’re really proud of the progress he’s made.
He seems more confident and is starting to focus more on himself rather than comparing himself to his brother, which has been a long-standing challenge.
He seems more confident and is starting to focus more on himself rather than comparing himself to his brother, which has been a long-standing challenge.
One of the most positive changes is how he’s taken on healthier habits, like going for morning runs and drinking more water. These small changes have had a noticeable impact on his mood and energy levels. At home, he’s also more open to feedback and willing to talk about things he’s working on, which is a big step forward for him.
We really appreciate the work Jack has done with AB—it’s clear this program has had a positive influence on his mindset and behavior, both at home and in school. Thank you for helping him grow into a more confident and self-aware young man.
